Meet Bob! Bob is a light tan-colored mixed breed dog. He is about five months old weighs approximately 21 pounds. Sadly, he and his brothers were left in a box at a car wash in Lexington. They were brought to The Madison-Oglethorpe Animal Shelter about three months ago. He is the last puppy remaining from the litter.
Since coming to the shelter, Bob has grown from a tiny, timid baby into a lanky, love-filled goofball! He is still a little shy and lacks confidence at first but opens up quickly once he earns your trust. Bob recently attended an adoption event at a car dealership in Athens and was FANTASTIC! He was friendly, curious, well-behaved, and just an all-around good little pup, charming everyone with his loveable personality. When you sit with Bob, he lights up! His tail starts thumping! Ultimately, there’s a soft, gentle spirit just waiting for someone to take him home.
Bob’s adoption fee is $100 which covers his neuter, microchip, and age-appropriate vaccines. If you would like to fill out an adoption application for Bob or one of the other available dogs or cats at The Madison-Oglethorpe Animal Shelter, click on the adoption tab at www.moaspets.com. Or better yet, just stop by to meet him.
