8/22/25 – Pet of The Week: Robin

The Pet of the Week!

Meet Robin!  Robin is a 14-month-old domestic short-haired housecat.  She has been at The Madison-Oglethorpe Animal Shelter for a little more than three months, and shelter workers describe her as the best little kitty!  They say she is a staff favorite right now.

Robin is super friendly having never met a stranger.  She is described as loving to have conversations with people.  Just walk by her cage, and she’ll tell you “Hi!”  Robin is also good with other cats.  Shelter workers believe she has mostly lived outside, but she would still make a wonderful in-home companion too.

Robin’s adoption fee is $100 which covers her spay, microchip, and age-appropriate vaccines.  If you would like to fill out an adoption application for Robin or one of the other available cats or dogs at The Madison-Oglethorpe Animal Shelter, click on the adoption tab at www.moaspets.com.  Or better yet, just stop by to meet her.

Operation hours are as follows: closed on Mondays and Tuesdays except for scheduled surgery appointments; open Wednesday through Saturday from noon until 5:00 p.m. and Sundays from noon until 4:00 p.m.  Intakes are Wednesdays through Fridays from noon till four.  The Madison-Oglethorpe Animal Shelter is located at 1888 Colbert-Danielsville Road in Danielsville, Georgia.  Their number is 706-795-2868.
