3/6/26 – The Pet of the Week: Gabby!

The Pet of the Week!

Meet Gabby!  She’s your adventure-loving shadow!  Gabby is a one-year-old Shepherd mix with a playful spirit and a zest for life!  This fun-loving girl is always ready for action, whether it’s a game of fetch, a long walk, or exploring the great outdoors.  She has that classic Shepherd energy and intelligence, and she’ll thrive with an active home that can keep both her body and mind busy.

Gabby is still young and will benefit from continued training to help her grow into the amazing companion she’s meant to be.  She’s smart and eager, and with consistency and structure, she has so much potential.

In her foster home, Gabby did experience some separation anxiety, so she’s looking for a family that can include her in their daily life. She would love someone who works from home, has a flexible schedule, or enjoys taking their dog along on adventures. Gabby bonds closely with her people and feels happiest when she’s by your side. If you’re ready for a loyal, playful companion who wants to be your constant sidekick, Gabby might just be your perfect match!

Gabby’s adoption fee is $100, which covers her age-appropriate vaccinations, flea treatment, deworming, spay, microchip, and adoption packet..  If you would like to give Gabby the FURever home she longs for or any of the other available dogs or cats at the Madison-Oglethorpe Animal Shelter, fill out an adoption application online.  You can do so by clicking on the adoption tab at www.moaspets.com.  Or better yet, just stop by to meet her!
